Our company is capable of manufacturing using tube hydroforming (bulge processing) as the core method, along with a dozen other processing techniques. The "tube tappet" is a component formed integrally through pipe processing, including the flange part, bellows part, and joint part. This component is designed to absorb engine vibrations through the bellows part, aiming to block vibrations to the connected counterpart components. Typically, products are made by welding multiple parts together, but by forming them integrally, it excels in vibration strength and leak reliability.
